LPN/RN Unit Manager

RN Unit Manager Onyx Care of Farmerville is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate RN Unit Manager to join our team of dedicated healthcare professionals. Responsibilities Oversee the daily operations of our skilled nursing facility, including patient care, staff management, and quality improvement initiatives Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement comprehensive care plans for patients Conduct assessments, evaluations, and care planning for patients to ensure individualized attention and exceptional outcomes Manage and lead a team of caregivers, providing guidance, coaching, and feedback to enhance patient care and staff performance Participate in quality improvement initiatives and employee training programs to promote excellence in patient care and staff development Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, reports, and other documentation in compliance with regulatory requirements Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and standards, including HIPAA and OSHA Requirements RN Unit Manager certification or registered nursing license (RN) MINIMUM 0 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE in a similar role or with a strong background in patient-centered care Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team of caregivers Excellent communication, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and situations Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMRs) and other healthcare technology Why Join Our Team?
