Tax Preparer Location: Mission, TX (In-Person)
Job Type: Full-Time
Pay: $12.00 - $23.00 per hour (based on experience) + Bonus Pay

What Youll Do:
As a Tax Preparer , youll be responsible for preparing accurate and timely tax returns while providing a positive and educational experience for our clients.

• Prepare federal and state individual tax returns (1040s)

• Review tax documents, identify deductions and credits

• Educate clients on tax strategies and planning

• Maintain confidentiality and compliance with tax laws

• Provide exceptional client service with a personal touch

What Were Looking For:

• Prior experience preparing tax returns (preferred)

• Strong attention to detail

• Excellent communication skills

• Integrity and a desire to serve others

• Willingness to learn and grow
