Build engaging relationships that foster long‑term loyalty. Lead, manage, and develop team members through coaching, inspiration, and motivation to exceed sales, speed, order accuracy, and guest experience goals. Help build a culture of warmth, belonging, growth, and trust. Qualifications & Requirements Minimum age 18 years. 1+ year of restaurant management experience preferred. Proven ability to lead shifts in a fast‑paced environment, directing, motivating, coaching, and developing others. ServSafe certification or ability to obtain one. Flexible hours including nights and weekends. Physical ability to lift, carry, push, or pull objects up to 25 lb., stand and walk for up to 6 hours. Strong communication skills in a loud environment.
