We have a mission that matters!Description of WorkThe position will work with the offenders in the North Carolina Correctional Institution for Women, an all-female custody facility.Key Duties Include:Supervise a staff of social workers who provide direct services to clients.Provide services to clients and their families and assign cases to subordinates.Coordinate workflow operations and supervise staff through case review andconsultation which requires the provision of substantial and recurring technicaldirection.Train staff on various topics which may consist of policy updates, newprocedures and/or subject matter updates.Analysis and review issues to resolve problems for agencies and clients andensure that quality services are provided as well as provide input onadministrative, personnel, and budget issues.Knowledge Skills and Abilities/Management PreferencesSalary Range: $60,881.00 - $106,544.00Candidates now meet the minimum qualifications of a position if they meet the minimum education and experience listed on the vacancy announcement.The Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)/ Management Preferences are not required.
