Job Description Harborview's Medical Respite Program (Edward Thomas House Medical Respite) has an outstanding opportunity for a Registered Nurse. Work Schedule Part‑time 80% FTE M‑Th 8-16:30 Department Summary Harborview's Medical Respite Program (Edward Thomas House Medical Respite) is a program that provides recuperative care to people experiencing homelessness who are too sick to return to the shelter or streets, but do not require a hospital level of care. Primary Job Responsibilities Screen and triage referrals from King County hospitals for Medical Respite admission Coordinate with referring facilities and Respite staff to complete referral documentation Determine patient eligibility for admission Facilitate and coordinate patient transfers to the Respite program Demonstrate strong multitasking, attention to detail, and communication skills Provide direct nursing care within the clinic setting as needed Perform wound care and PICC line management Support case management activities in collaboration with interdisciplinary teams Requirements Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Washington Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience (including wound care, PICC line management, and case management) At least 1 year of experience working with homeless and/or safety‑net populations Compensation, Benefits and Position Details Pay Range Minimum: $45.59 hourly Pay Range Maximum: $84.47 hourly Other Compensation: $1.00/hour BSN Benefits: For information about benefits for this position, visit Shift: First Shift (United States of America) Temporary or Regular?
