The Big Task

As an HVAC Service Technician Apprentice , you'll support experienced technicians while learning to diagnose, maintain, and repair heating and cooling systems. This role is designed to build your skills and knowledge for a long-term career in HVAC service.
Key Sub Tasks
• Assist experienced service technicians with inspections, maintenance, and repairs of HVAC systems
• Learn to identify system components, tools, and basic troubleshooting techniques under supervision
• Help transport and organize tools, equipment, and materials at job sites
• Follow all safety procedures, including handling refrigerants, electrical components, and heavy equipment
• Maintain clean and organized work areas, service vehicles, and tools
• Observe and learn customer service best practices, including clear communication and professionalism on-site
• Complete documentation of work performed and assist in recording materials used
Desired Skills and Experience

If you are eager to learn, dependable, and enjoy hands-on work, you'll thrive as an HVAC Service Technician Apprentice . You should have a strong work ethic, mechanical aptitude, and the willingness to follow instructions and learn from experienced technicians. While prior HVAC experience is a plus, a positive attitude, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety are most important.
