Role Overview A Part-Time Clinician (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant) provides in-home health evaluations, building trusted relationships with patients to improve health outcomes. Key Responsibilities Conduct 45-minute visits including health history review, physical evaluation, and optional diagnostic tests. Utilize an iPad for clinical workflows, without prescribing medications or altering treatments. Conduct virtual visits as needed, and deliver diagnostic and preventive services such as spirometry and screenings. Qualifications & Skills Active, unrestricted licenses, board certification, and multi-state licenses preferred. Ability to travel locally and within licensed states.
