Missouri Baptist Medical Center – Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) Missouri Baptist Medical Center, an acute care hospital in St. Louis County, provides a full continuum of medical and surgical services, including heart care, cancer, women and infants, breast health, gastrointestinal, orthopedic, stroke, therapy, wound and pain management services. The hospital hosts a 24‑hour adult emergency department and a pediatric emergency department in partnership with St. Louis Children’s Hospital. It is the first and only hospital in the county to be named a Magnet hospital by the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC) and is ranked by U.S. News & World Report in the St. Louis metro area. Responsibilities Participates in professional development. Provides direct patient care and documents care given. Ensures compliance with all applicable state, local, and federal laws that may apply to anesthesia services. Completes the pre‑anesthesia patient record, reviews laboratory results, and begins induction when appropriate. Maintains a constant state of alertness and performs duties safely, as the position is safety‑sensitive. Salary & Compensation Base salary starts at $243,500.00 for new graduates; salary varies with experience. Supplemental pay for call and hours worked beyond scheduled shifts.
