We provide high-quality behavioral health services to children, adolescents, and adults through a collaborative team of therapists, psychiatric providers, nurses, and support staff. Flexible scheduling—you set your availability Steady referral stream provided by the clinic Hybrid opportunities with both in-person and telehealth services Administrative support for scheduling and billing Collaborative multidisciplinary treatment team Clinical consultation and case collaboration Structured clinical supervision available for LMSWs and LGPCs, as applicable Schedule Clinic Hours: Monday-Friday: 8:30 AM - 7:00 PM Optional weekend availability Caseload assignments are based on your availability, clinical experience, and clinic demand. What You'll Do Conduct comprehensive biopsychosocial and DSM-5 diagnostic assessments Provide individual, family, and group psychotherapy using evidence-based practices Develop and update person-centered treatment plans Complete timely and accurate clinical documentation Collaborate with psychiatrists, nurse practitioners, and other treatment team members Assess clients for additional services including: Psychiatric Rehabilitation Program (PRP) Mobile Treatment Services (MTS) Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) Maintain compliance with HIPAA, COMAR, Medicaid, commercial insurance, and company documentation standards Qualifications Required Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related behavioral health field Active Maryland license in good standing: LGPC LCPC LMSW

Excellent clinical assessment and documentation skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently while collaborating within a multidisciplinary team Computer proficiency and experience using electronic health records Successful completion of required background checks and onboarding requirements Preferred Experience providing outpatient behavioral health services Experience working with children, adolescents, and families Community mental health experience Experience facilitating psychotherapy groups Knowledge of Maryland Medicaid documentation requirements Training in trauma-informed and evidence-based treatment approaches Experienced as Rehab. Specialist* Work Setting In-person outpatient clinic Telehealth services available when clinically appropriate Hybrid work opportunities based on program needs Compensation Independent contractors are compensated $50-$60 per completed clinical encounter (45-60 minutes) based on licensure, experience, and clinical expertise. Compensation is provided for completed billable services. Documentation expectations and productivity standards are reviewed during onboarding.
