Requirements/Qualifications Key Responsibilities Provide outpatient individual psychotherapy and treatment planning using a structured, time-limited approach. Conduct clinical intake assessments. Provide cross-coverage support as needed across various care levels, including Partial Hospitalization (PHP), Intensive Outpatient (IOP), addiction services, and group therapy. Collaborate with an interdisciplinary care team to ensure coordinated patient care. Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentation. Ensure all services meet Department of Behavioral Health (DBH) and Joint Commission accreditation standards. Qualifications & Requirements Education: Masters degree from an accredited college or university in a related field. Experience: Three ( 3 ) years of clinical experience working with adult patients. Licensure: Active LICSW, LCSW, LCPC, or LPC licensure in any U.S. state is required at the time of hire with ability to obtain DC licensure prior to starting.
