Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver evidence-based therapy through secure telehealth mechanisms, ensuring a HIPAA-compliant and private setting for client sessions.

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments to understand clients’ needs and customize individualized treatment plans that include measurable goals.

• Maintain comprehensive records, ensuring that documentation meets state licensing requirements and adheres to ethical standards.

• Engage in case consults and team meetings, collaborating with other healthcare professionals to provide integrated care and continuity for clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work primarily with adults and adolescents experiencing a wide range of mental health issues. This includes individuals navigating trauma, chronic stress, and relationships, as well as those seeking support during significant life transitions. Qualifications\n

• Must possess an active LCSW license in the state of Arizona.

• A Bachelor’s degree in Social Work or a related field is required, with a preference for advanced education in mental health.

Preferred Experience\n

• A minimum of 2 years of post-licensure clinical experience is preferred.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive compensation package ranging from $80,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications, along with a variety of benefits for full-time employees.
