Surgical Technologist

Our client, a Hospitals And Health Care company, is looking for a Surgical Technologist for their Grand Rapids, MI location.
Responsibilities:
- The Surgical Technologist maintains responsibility for preparation of the surgical suite, intraoperative handling of instruments, maintenance of the sterile field, and evaluation of changing conditions during the surgical procedures, making appropriate responses as needed.
- Is responsible for maintaining knowledge of surgical procedures and principles related to those procedures.
- May serve as a Preceptor
Requirements:
- Required certifications: CST, BLS
- Associate's Degree or equivalent - Completion of an Accredited School of Surgical Technology.
- Not all schools involve an Associate's degree.
