Reservation Specialist
Virtual Vocations Inc
To support exceptional guest experiences, the remote Reservation Specialist will manage bookings for accommodations, dining, and activities while adhering to Forbes Travel Guide and AAA standards, and will implement sales techniques to achieve departmental goals. Key responsibilities Provide prompt and courteous service while booking accommodations and upselling services Meet performance metrics for revenue generation, conversion rates, and call compliance Assist in managing the shared reservation mailbox and follow up with guests as needed Required qualifications High School diploma or GED required; 2-4 year degree preferred Two years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center or administrative role Basic knowledge of property management systems and Microsoft Office Suite Ability to work flexible hours from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. based on departmental needs Private and quiet workspace with high-speed internet connection (minimum 500 MBPS)
