Registered Dietitian (RD) The Grand Rehabilitation & Nursing Queen is seeking a Registered Dietitian to join their dynamic team. This facility serves short‑term, long‑term, palliative care, and feeding‑tube residents, providing diverse community health‑care needs. Responsibilities Assess the nutritional needs of residents by completing necessary clinical nutritional assessments. Provide nutrition counseling and education for residents and their families. Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure optimal care for all residents. Apply the Nutrition Care Process to drive evidence‑based practice. Creatively problem‑solve and work independently with minimal supervision. Organize clinical nutrition and patient‑care responsibilities efficiently and effectively. Perform rotating holiday and weekend work as required. Qualifications Excellent interpersonal communication skills to interact with physicians, nursing and ancillary staff, residents, and family members. Strong verbal, written, and overall communication abilities. Strong time‑management skills; self‑starter and team player. Requirements Registered Dietitian or Registered Dietitian Eligible (with DI Verification Statement). Comfortable with enteral nutrition. Strong oral and written communication skills. Familiarity with state survey process and compliance with nutrition care regulations is a plus. Benefits Salary: Up to $55 an hour (Based on Experience).
