Visual Designer for Motion & 3D

As a Visual Designer specializing in Motion and 3D, you will play a crucial role in crafting premium visual experiences that enhance websites, marketing assets, and digital products. This position emphasizes the creation of high-quality graphics, motion assets, and dynamic brand experiences, allowing you to transform original concepts into polished, engaging visuals. Key Responsibilities:

• Design premium website graphics, motion assets, marketing creatives, and brand visuals from concept through polished execution.
• Create high-quality 3D animations and dynamic visual elements for websites, campaigns, and digital experiences.
• Add motion and depth to static graphics to make visuals more engaging and memorable.
• Develop motion-friendly website assets, including scroll-based animations and interactive visual concepts.
• Ideate and execute original, out-of-the-box concepts for marketing ads and brand campaigns.
• Use Figma to create polished layouts, visual concepts, prototypes, and design-ready assets.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate creative ideas into seamless digital experiences.
• Apply strong typography, layout, color, composition, and modern web design principles.
• Iterate quickly based on feedback while maintaining a high standard of visual quality.

• Strong portfolio showcasing premium visual design, motion, 3D, website animations, and marketing asset work.
• Experience creating high-quality graphics and motion assets for websites, digital products, or marketing campaigns.
• Experience developing motion-friendly website visuals, including scroll-based animations and interactive visual elements.
• Experience creating high-quality 3D assets and animations using Blender, Cinema 4D, or similar tools.
• Experience with motion tools such as After Effects, Lottie, Rive, or similar.
• Comfortable working in Figma for visual design, UI layouts, and prototyping.
• Good understanding of UI/UX principles and how visual design supports intuitive digital experiences.
• Ability to ideate original graphic concepts and execute them at a high-quality level.
• Strong visual storytelling skills, creativity, and attention to detail.

• Illustration skills or experience developing custom graphic elements.
• Familiarity with branding, digital marketing, and conversion-focused ad creatives.
• Experience creating visual assets across multiple formats, campaigns, or brand touchpoints.

Full-time, Remote

The national pay range for this position is a base salary of $62, 000, $250, 000 USD. All employees are eligible for equity compensation and may also receive performance-based bonuses, dependent on role and subject to company policies.

This position is open to candidates who can work remotely and meet the qualifications outlined above.
