Referral Coordinator / Administrative Assistant – Superior Senior Care (Conway, AR)

Full-Time | $16–$18/hr (DOE)

Mon–Fri, 8:30a–4:30p

• Coordinate caregiver referrals and client appointments
• Manage scheduling and daily office operations
• Communicate effectively with clients, families, and caregivers
• Problem-solve and support a busy in-home care environment
• Perform clerical and administrative tasks
• Handle confidential information with discretion
• Take occasional after-hours calls

• Strong customer service skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Clerical/administrative experience
• Intermediate computer skills (Microsoft Office)
• Organized, dependable, and self-motivated
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure
