MSI Metro Sales Inc. is seeking an Employee-Owner, IT Sales Consultant , to join our growing team in Burnsville, MN . The ideal candidate will be responsible for lead generation, utilizing various channels including cold‑calling and email campaigns to generate, qualify, and track leads. The primary focus is to secure first‑time appointments with prospects, clearly articulating the value proposition of our Managed IT Services, and generating new business for MSI. What you will do: Pinpoint, target, and qualify top‑tier Managed IT Services prospects – using sharp research, personable cold calling, networking events, enthusiastic referrals, punchy email blasts, & a buzz‑worthy social media presence – to build and maintain a consistent pipeline of new business opportunities. Develop and roll out sales tactics that spark interest, lock in discovery meetings with our star SMEs, and turn curiosity of your prospects into real deals. Keep the sales pipeline humming – tracking every lead, scoring each opportunity, and moving prospects forward with focus. Launch bold and fresh new‑business initiatives that grab your market’s attention and keep the momentum rolling. Turn technology solutions into real value for your customers – helping them understand the power of tech and wowing them with ideas that inspire confidence. Deliver clear, persuasive technical proposals that resonate with Key Stakeholders. Qualifications: 4+ years of recent outbound B2B sales experience with cold calling and appointment setting. 2+ years experience in selling technical solutions. Proficient with Microsoft Office and CRM software. Reliable transportation. Valid Driver’s License. Minimum HS diploma, GED or equivalent. Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. without requiring sponsorship now or in the future. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university. Ability to establish rapport and develop long‑lasting business relationships. People oriented with excellent communication and presentation skills. Proven success in a competitive environment.
