Job Description
The Store Manager will oversee a medium-sized team of 6-15 employees, ensuring efficient store operations during standard business hours. This role focuses on driving sales through effective upselling and cross-selling strategies, maintaining excellent customer service, and managing daily store activities while utilizing retail-specific management software. The Store Manager will have minimal involvement in vendor interactions and will lead efforts in staff development and visual merchandising to enhance the shopping experience.

Responsibilities
Manage and lead a team of 6-15 staff members to achieve store objectives
Deliver exceptional customer service to maintain high satisfaction levels
Monitor sales performance and implement upselling and cross-selling techniques
Conduct staff training and development to improve skills and efficiency
Oversee daily store operations ensuring smooth workflow during standard business hours
Implement visual merchandising strategies to enhance product presentation

Preferred Qualifications
2+ years of experience in retail management
High School Diploma or equivalent
