Office Clerk University Park, Illinois Type: Temporary Data Entry Salary: $17 Per Hour Job Description Office Clerk We are seeking a detail-oriented Office Clerk (trucking/ transportation) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support and ensuring efficient office operations. Responsibilities: Perform clerical tasks such as data entry, filing, and document management Assist with customer support inquiries via phone and email Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary Coordinate appointments and meetings Handle incoming and outgoing mail Utilize computer literacy skills to work with various software programs, including Google Suite Provide general administrative support to staff Skills: Proficiency in computer literacy, including knowledge of Google Suite Experience in customer support or related field Familiarity with phone systems and office equipment Strong clerical and administrative skills Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively This position offers the opportunity to develop administrative skills in a professional office environment.
