What we are looking for:

• Manage Community Liaison Operations
• A passion to serve and help others live their best lives possible
• Bachelor’s degree in business, sales, or related field
• Previous experience Community Liaison, preferably in home care
• Experience in Direct sales
• Excellent verbal, written communication skills
• Demonstrated organizational skills, flexibility, assertiveness, and team orientation
• Demonstrate creativity in developing referral relationships

What you will be doing:

• Work full-time Monday through Friday, occasional evening and weekends for networking events
• Manage sales operations         
• Establish and implement sales initiatives
• Participate with the management team in strategic planning activities
• Work collaboratively with clinical staff to assure consistent message to the customers and the community
• Relationship building within Senior living communities and physician offices within Northern Colorado

Salary:

• $50,000 to 75,000 dependent on experience. 

Compensation: $50,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
