Bell Brothers is looking for an Experienced HVAC Helper to join our growing installation team. If you have hands-on HVAC experience and want an opportunity where your earnings can grow with your productivity, this is a great opportunity.

$24.00/hr+ Piece-rate pay means your earning potential is uncapped — the more efficiently you complete quality work, the more you can earn.

What You'll Do

• Assist experienced installers with residential HVAC installations.
• Help install HVAC equipment, ductwork, refrigerant lines, electrical connections, gas lines, and venting.
• Prepare job sites, tools, equipment, and materials for installation.
• Maintain vehicle, tools, parts, and equipment inventory.
• Complete work safely, efficiently, and according to company standards.
• Maintain a clean and professional job site.
• Provide a positive customer experience and communicate professionally with homeowners.
• Follow safety procedures, building codes, and manufacturer specifications.
• Continue developing HVAC installation skills through hands-on training and field experience.

What We're Looking For

• Previous hands-on HVAC experience required.
• Residential installation experience preferred.
• Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn.
• Comfortable working with tools and performing physical, hands-on work.
• Reliable, hardworking, and safety-minded.
• Professional appearance and strong customer-service skills.
• Ability to work efficiently as part of an installation team.
• Valid driver's license preferred.
