Lead Registered Behavior Technician

Job Description We are seeking a Lead Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team! Position Summary: The Team Lead RBT is responsible for overseeing and coordinating the activities of a team of Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to ensure the effective implementation of behavior intervention plans. This role involves providing leadership, supervision, and support to the team members while maintaining a high standard of quality care for individuals with developmental disorders. The Team Lead RBT collaborates closely with Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) and other team members to achieve the goals outlined in behavior intervention plans.
