About The Role T2 Systems, a leader in parking and mobility technology, is seeking a Staff Accountant to join their accounting team on a full-time basis . This position plays a key role in supporting accounting operations and month end close. The ideal candidate brings strong general accounting skills, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and can quickly learn new systems and processes. This role offers exposure to a variety of areas within Accounting and the opportunity to contribute to process improvement in a modern, technology-driven environment. Key Responsibilities Review, verify, and process vendor invoices Perform vendor banking verifications Apply customer payments and assist with collection related activities Prepare and post journal entries and maintain supporting documentation Complete monthly account reconciliations in Oracle Fusion Support adhoc requests and projects as needed Contribute to process documentation and identify efficiency opportunities as the system and structure evolve Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance required. 1-2 years of relevant accounting experience, preferably in a corporate environment. Strong understanding of GAAP and month-end close procedures. ERP system experience (Oracle Fusion, Great Plains, SAP, or NetSuite) a plus. Strong Excel and analytical skills with high attention to detail. Quick learner who can operate independently in a hybrid work environment.
