Property ManagerLocation: Grass Valley, CAPay: $25–$27/hrWe are seeking an experienced and highly organized Property Manager to oversee the daily operations of a residential community. This role will focus on resident relations, leasing, rent collection, property administration, and maintenance coordination.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee day-to-day property operations.Serve as the primary point of contact for residents.Manage leasing activities, including tours, applications, move-ins, renewals, and move-outs.Maintain resident files, leases, notices, and property documentation.Collect rent and monitor delinquencies and outstanding balances.Coordinate maintenance requests, work orders, vendors, and unit turns.Conduct property and unit inspections as needed.Support occupancy and resident retention goals.Prepare reports, notices, and other administrative documentation.Ensure compliance with Fair Housing regulations, lease agreements, and company policies.QualificationsPrevious experience in property management, residential housing, apartment management, or leasing.Multifamily property management experience strongly preferred.Experience with leasing, rent collection, resident relations, and property operations.Strong customer service and communication skills.Knowledge of Fair Housing regulations preferred.Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.Experience with Yardi, RealPage, AppFolio, or similar property management software is preferred.
