Summary The Distribution & Fulfillment Associate is responsible for the timely, accurate, and efficient movement of merchandise to support store replenishment and order fulfillment. This role may be designated to support cross‑functional priorities based on business needs. Essential Duties And Responsibilities Process daily distribution, including store replenishment, transfers, and manual billing activities. Accurately pick, pack, and stage merchandise for both store distribution and fulfillment orders while meeting expected productivity and pacing standards. Prepare fulfillment orders for shipment, ensuring accuracy, proper packaging, and adherence to company guidelines prior to handoff to the Shipping team. Maintain organization and cleanliness of the vault, ensuring merchandise is secure and stored according to company standards. Provide vault access in accordance with company procedures and security requirements. Perform various data entry tasks, including updating system records, reviewing discrepancies, and communicating issues promptly. Assist with receiving, checking‑in, and routing incoming merchandise. Support investigation and resolution of distribution or fulfillment‑related variances and discrepancies. Follow all SOPs to ensure quality, accuracy, and compliance with internal controls. Participate in physical inventory audits and periodic cycle‑count activities as needed. Perform miscellaneous tasks and projects assigned to support department operations. Qualifications Experience in distribution, fulfillment, inventory management, or warehouse operations preferred. Strong attention to detail with the ability to work quickly and accurately. Excellent organizational and time‑management skills. Ability to adapt to shifting priorities between distribution and fulfillment needs. Education High school diploma or equivalent required. Technical Skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Teams). Basic understanding of inventory, fulfillment, or ERP systems preferred. Other Skills Integrity and adherence to company policies. Strong manual dexterity and ability to handle small items with precision. Fast and accurate data entry. Ability to work independently and take accountability for assigned workloads. Physical Demands Standing and walking for extended periods. Repetitive handling of merchandise, including small items. Ability to lift up to 30 lbs. Good vision with or without corrective aids to read small print or product identifiers. Location Home office-Matteson, IL Pay $17-$19 an hour Benefits Health Insurance – Four plans available including prescription coverage. Dental and Vision – Two dental plans, and a vision plan available. Paid Time Off – 40 hours after 3 months, then 80 hours at 1 year anniversary. Overtime – May be eligible if meets all requirements. Holiday Pay – New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas. Discounts – Associate discounts on store purchases available. Wellness and other discounts – Employees that participate in annual wellness event and are enrolled in company medical coverage are eligible for Wellness discount. Fitness discounts are also available for both medical enrollees and those not enrolled. Retirement / 401(k) Plan – Eligible to participate in the company 401(k) if eligibility is met, following one year anniversary. Company match is 40% of the first 5% that the employee contributes to the plan.
