Job Description


We are seeking an IT Service Desk Agent to provide first-level technical support in a fast-paced, 24x7 support environment. The ideal candidate will deliver exceptional customer service via phone and live chat while troubleshooting hardware, software, and IT-related issues. This role requires strong communication skills, technical aptitude, and the ability to resolve incidents efficiently while maintaining accurate documentation.


Key Responsibilities


Provide first-level IT support via phone and live chat.


Troubleshoot hardware, software, operating systems, and peripheral issues.


Log, document, and update incidents in the ticketing system.


Resolve technical issues or escalate when necessary.


Deliver outstanding customer service with clear and professional communication.


Collaborate with team members to ensure timely issue resolution.


Support a 24x7 environment, including weekends, holidays, and shift rotations as needed.


Follow IT support processes, documentation, and service standards.


Required Qualifications


High School Diploma or GED.


2-5 years of IT Service Desk, Help Desk, or Technical Support experience preferred.


Experience supporting users via phone and live chat.


Strong troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills.


Proficiency with Windows operating systems and basic computer hardware/software.


Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
