Event Sail4th - Full Range Productions is planning and managing the overall guest experience, credentialing, ticketing and transportation for Sail4th events. We have multiple roles available in support of our event operations. Guest Experience Manager Position Summary: The Guest Experience Manager manages the ticketing operations during Sail4th events. This position is responsible for all transactions during event hours, providing exceptional customer service to all patrons, and works with the Sail4th staff to provide a safe and welcoming experience for everyone attending. Availability: required in-person during Sail4th Events. Events include main Parade of Sail Festival on July 4th, as well as Tall Ship Tours from July 5th - 7th. Location: Various locations in New York City (5 Boroughs) and parts of New Jersey Dates: various dates for the week of June 29 and July 6. Classification: Contractor, Seasonal, $40/hour (Holiday Pay on July 4th) Volunteer Manager Position Summary: The Volunteer Manager will oversee volunteers supporting the guest experience operations, focusing on coordinating, placement, and ensuring the volunteers have a good experience while supporting the event. Availability: required in-person during Sail4th Events. Events include main Parade of Sail Festival on July 4th, as well as Tall Ship Tours from July 5th - 7th. Location: Various locations in New York City (5 Boroughs) and parts of New Jersey Dates: various dates for the week of June 29 and July 6. Classification: Contractor, Seasonal, $40/hour (Holiday Pay on July 4th) Site Operations and Guest Support staff Position Summary: This is a fully in-person position. Site Operations and Guest Support staff serve the attendees at Sail4th events to provide a safe and welcoming experience. Availability: required in-person during Sail4th Events. Events include main Parade of Sail Festival on July 4th, as well as Tall Ship Tours from July 5th - 7th.
