Department Overview McDonald’s is evolving its global marketing model to be more connected, efficient, and effective, with greater emphasis on data, measurement, and decision support. As part of this effort, McDonald’s is establishing a Future of Marketing team to define how marketing capabilities, processes, and ways of working will evolve over time. The team will help the business better leverage scale, improve consistency across markets, and strengthen the overall effectiveness of marketing investments. The PM Coordinator, FoM is an excellent opportunity to build upon your professional experience in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment. You will be a critical team member and will perform a wide variety of specialized and administrative functions. The top candidate will possess strong organizational and communication skills as well as strong results orientation in a large and complex environment.Key Responsibilities Assist in coordinating program activities (e.g., updates, actions, dependencies, communications) and related follow-ups across teams Coordinate scheduling and logistics for program governance meetings and cross-functional sessions Manage group travel arrangements and logistics including itinerary building, and expense report processing as needed Assist in maintaining organized program documents and reports (e.g., SharePoint site, org charts, key deliverables, and related materials) Develop, consolidate and edit PowerPoint presentations, agendas, meeting summaries and other materials in support of program meetings Assist with on-boarding process of new employees, invoicing, and tracking program budget Support coordination of stakeholder visits and program-related sessions as needed Maintain key distribution groups, rosters, and lists for the team Coordinate cross-functional workshops and working sessions; document key decisions, actions, and owners to drive follow-through Support other program delivery objectives and tasks as required Qualifications Proficient with MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Strong communication and critical thinking skills Ability to build a strong network within the organization, both formally and informally Must be proactive with a desire to stretch beyond the task list to support the team Demonstrates ability to handle and maintain confidential information Quick learner and ability to understand complex business issues Must be organized, motivated, and detail-oriented with superior follow-through Must be able to prioritize and work well under deadlines Strong attention to detail and ability to complete large volumes of work efficiently and effectively Ability to adapt to a continually changing business and work environment Professional, reliable, driven and results-oriented Compensation Bonus Eligible: Yes Long - Term Incentive: No Benefits Eligible: Yes The position offers health and welfare benefits, including but not limited to comprehensive health insurance, which includes medical, prescription drug, mental health, dental and vision coverage, as well as, life insurance. Salary Range The expected salary range for this role is $60,196.00 - $75,245.00 per year The above represents the expected salary range for this job requisition.
