About the Role:

The Area Manager will play a pivotal role in overseeing the operations of multiple locations within a designated area, ensuring that each site meets company standards for performance, customer satisfaction, and profitability. This position requires a strategic thinker who can analyze market trends and implement effective business strategies to drive growth and efficiency. The Area Manager will be responsible for leading and developing a team of consultants/inspectors coupled with fostering a culture of excellence and accountability. By establishing strong relationships with staff and customers alike, the Area Manager will enhance the overall brand reputation and operational success. Ultimately, this role is crucial for achieving the company's long-term objectives and maintaining a competitive edge in the industry.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree (BA or BS)
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in elevator industry sales, operations or related management oversight with a proven track record of success.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience managing team, of elevator industry professionals working on Modernization, Existing Equipment Service and New Construction Design
• QEI (Qualified Elevator Inspector) certification

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations across multiple locations, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to improve operational efficiency and drive sales growth.
• Lead, mentor, and develop consultants and inspectors to enhance team performance and customer service.
• Analyze performance metrics and market trends to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
• Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork, innovation, and high levels of employee engagement.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
