Position: Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA)

Length: Permanent placement/direct hire OR 13-week contract available

Setting: Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF)

Shifts: Days

Pay: Competitive weekly rate including hourly + housing & travel stipends (for travelers). Competitive hourly rate + benefits for permanent employees

What Were Looking For:

Passionate occupational therapy assistant

Comfortable working in the SNF setting

Quick learner who can adapt in a fast-paced environment

Strong clinical skills and attention to detail

A team player with a positive attitude and a heart for patient care

Requirements:

Active COTA license/certification in the state of employment (or ability to obtain). New grads welcome!

Current BLS/CPR Certification (or ability to obtain)

Current TB test/results

Current physical stating fit for duty (within past year)

What Youll Be Doing:

Assist in providing occupational therapy services under the direction of an OT

Implement individualized treatment plans to support patient goals

Focus on activities of daily living (ADLs), functional mobility, and independence

Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure the best outcomes

Educate patients and families on adaptive techniques and safety strategies

Maintain accurate and timely documentation
