Known for its performance-driven culture, hands-on leadership and established infrastructure, the organization provides experienced sales professionals with the tools and support to build a successful business.
We're hiring an Account Executive to develop new enterprise relationships, expand existing accounts, and drive contract IT staffing revenue throughout the Wisconsin market. This is an opportunity for a proven producer who enjoys hunting new business, building lasting partnerships, and being rewarded for results.
What You Will Do
Drive new-logo acquisition and expand existing enterprise customer relationships throughout Wisconsin.
Prospect, engage and develop relationships with IT decision-makers and hiring leaders.
Identify staffing needs and deliver contract IT and engineering workforce solutions.
Conduct in-person customer meetings and develop strategic account relationships.
Partner with internal recruiting teams to deliver qualified talent and exceptional client service.
Build a consistent pipeline of staffing opportunities and achieve established sales objectives.
Maintain accurate sales activity, account information and forecasts within the CRM.
What We're Looking For
At least 3 years of staff augmentation sales experience serving enterprise-level customers.
Prior IT staffing sales experience strongly preferred.
Demonstrated success generating new business and growing existing accounts.
Established relationships in the Milwaukee or broader Wisconsin market are a plus.
Strong prospecting, consultative selling, communication and negotiation skills.
A self-motivated, accountable professional who thrives in a performance-driven environment.
Residence in the Milwaukee area and ability to work a hybrid schedule.
Permanent U.S. work authorization without sponsorship.
What You Get
$100,000–$150,000+ first-year total compensation potential, with additional upside based on performance.
Base salary and a first-year nonrecoverable draw structure, with specifics determined by experience and the compensation plan.
Commission opportunities tied to gross profit production and new customer acquisition.
Hybrid flexibility: Work remotely Mondays and Fridays, with Tuesday–Thursday in the Brookfield office.
