Benefits Specialist

Acting as an account manager for a block of business with 100-499 lives, the full-time Benefits Specialist will provide customer service, manage relationships with clients, and support sales executives while working in a hybrid telecommuting arrangement. Key responsibilities Serve as the primary service contact for an assigned book of business, addressing customer inquiries and managing day-to-day service work Collaborate with internal partners to implement new business and manage the renewal process for designated accounts Drive proactive service touchpoints with customers and identify business growth opportunities in partnership with sales executives Required qualifications High school diploma required; relevant experience in account management or customer service preferred Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and strong computer skills Sales aptitude with the ability to communicate contract provisions effectively to clients Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and anticipate customer needs Strong organizational skills and a commitment to ongoing self-development
