Job Description We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of complex, multi-year programs focused on organizational transformation, stakeholder engagement, operational improvement, infrastructure initiatives, and performance management. The Project Manager will oversee day-to-day project execution, coordinate multidisciplinary teams and subcontractors, manage client relationships, and ensure successful delivery of program objectives, schedules, budgets, and reporting requirements. Key Responsibilities Manage project scope, schedule, budget, risks, and deliverables. Lead cross-functional teams, subcontractors, and subject matter experts. Maintain project plans, status reports, risk registers, and executive dashboards. Coordinate stakeholder meetings, governance reviews, and decision-making processes. Ensure quality, compliance, and timely completion of contractual deliverables. Identify issues, develop mitigation strategies, and drive corrective actions. Support client relationship management and executive communications. Qualifications Education Bachelor’s degree in Business, Public Administration, Project Management, Engineering, Information Systems, Organizational Leadership, or a related field. Master's degree preferred. Experience 10+ years of project or program management experience. Experience leading large, complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives. Experience managing cross-functional teams, consultants, and subcontractors. Demonstrated success delivering projects on schedule and within budget. Experience leading PMOs, transformation initiatives, government programs, or infrastructure-related projects preferred. Certifications Required PMP (Project Management Professional) or equivalent project management certification. Preferred PgMP
