Summary: Looking for volunteers to help with client appointment making. Manage client appointments using Salesforce and respond to email.

Responsibilities:

Manage new referrals via Salesforce
Respond to emails

Qualifications:

Strong computer skills/tech savvy
Comfortable learning computer programs (Salesforce)
Excellent customer service abilities
Ability to multitask

Availability:

Friday morning, Friday afternoon
Onsite or remote opportunities

2 shifts available:

08:45 to 12:00 EST
12:45 to 16:00 EST
