Phlebotomist

Job Title Phlebotomist – PAML (Labcorp) Location Monroe, Washington Work Schedule Monday - Friday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm; additional hours and rotating Saturdays as needed. Job Responsibilities Perform blood collections by venipuncture and capillary techniques for all age groups. Collect specimens for drug screens, paternity tests, alcohol tests, etc. Perform data entry of patient information accurately and in a timely manner. Process billing information and collect payments when required. Prepare all collected specimens for testing and analysis. Maintain patient and specimen information logs. Provide superior customer service to all patients. Perform administrative and clerical duties as necessary. Travel to additional sites when needed. Minimum Qualifications Valid Washington State‑issued Phlebotomy License. Preferred Qualifications Three or more months of phlebotomy experience. Six or more months of current or prior Labcorp experience in phlebotomy. Additional Job Standards In lieu of the state license requirement, an application for a phlebotomy license filed with the WA Department of Health at the time of hire may satisfy the requirement. Able to pass a standardized color‑blindness test. Flexibility to work overtime as needed. Exceptional customer service skills. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to work independently or in a team environment. Comfortable working under minimal supervision. Pay Range $22.30 – $27.41 per hour. Quarterly Incentive Bonus Program PSTs may be eligible for participation in the PST Incentive Plan, which pays a quarterly bonus based on performance metrics.
