Digital Marketing Specialist

Full-time | Monday-Friday | 8:30am-5:00pm Office-based | Permanent position Connect the Right Message With the Right Audience. Digital marketing is about understanding what captures attention, creating relevant content, and using performance data to improve results. We're looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist in Charlotte, NC to support online marketing campaigns, coordinate digital content, and help strengthen the company's online presence. You'll work across digital channels, assist with campaign execution, monitor engagement, and use research and reporting to identify opportunities for improvement. This role suits someone who enjoys combining creativity with analytical thinking and wants to contribute to measurable marketing outcomes. What You'll Be Doing Assist with planning and publishing content for social media platforms. Support email marketing campaigns, including content preparation and scheduling. Help maintain website content and review pages for accuracy and consistency. Research keywords, audience interests, competitor activity, and digital trends. Monitor campaign performance, website traffic, and engagement metrics. Prepare reports summarizing campaign activity and identifying potential improvements. Assist with search engine optimization (SEO) activities and content optimization. Coordinate digital assets, campaign calendars, and marketing deadlines. Work with colleagues to develop consistent messaging across digital channels. Review campaign materials to ensure they align with brand guidelines. Identify opportunities to improve audience engagement and campaign effectiveness. What We're Looking For We're interested in someone who is comfortable working with digital content, enjoys learning new tools, and understands the importance of measuring marketing performance. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Interest in digital marketing, social media, content strategy, and online advertising. Good organizational skills and attention to detail. Comfortable using spreadsheets, presentations, and standard office software. Ability to interpret basic performance data and communicate findings. Familiarity with digital marketing platforms or analytics tools is beneficial. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. Willingness to learn, collaborate, and adapt to changing priorities. Previous experience in digital marketing, communications, content creation, or campaign coordination is an asset. Training will be provided on internal systems, campaign processes, and reporting procedures.
