Director, Fund Finance & AccountingA highly regarded and rapidly growing investment management platform is seeking a sharp Director, Fund Finance & Accounting to join a dynamic team supporting complex investment vehicles within a strategic platform.This is a high-impact opportunity for someone who wants exposure beyond traditional fund accounting and enjoys operating at the intersection of fund operations, reporting, investor deliverables, and strategic initiatives.Hybrid Remote$190-$210K in base + full annual bonusResponsibilities include:Own day-to-day oversight and execution of fund operations and reporting across multiple vehiclesManage complex fund structures including fund-of-funds, joint ventures, and closed/open-end structures globallyLead liquidity management activities including capital calls, distributions, cash forecasting, and banking activityReview NAV packages, GAAP financial statements, and coordinate closely with external administrators and auditorsPartner cross-functionally with investment operations, tax, investor relations, and leadership teamsDrive process improvements, automation initiatives, and scalable operational enhancementsQualifications:6+ years of relevant experience within asset management, fund accounting, or alternative investmentsStrong understanding of alternative investment structures across credit, private equity, real assets, and partnership interestsBig 4 audit experience is highly valuedCPA preferred
