Sales And Marketing Specialist

Role Description The Sales and Marketing Specialist is a full-time hybrid role based in the Austin, Texas Metropolitan Area, with flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements. This role is responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, managing existing customer relationships, and driving sales growth for Indian Ceramic’s product lines. Day-to-day tasks include prospecting and qualifying leads, conducting product presentations, preparing quotations, and negotiating and closing deals. The specialist will also support marketing campaigns, contribute to promotional content, assist with trade shows or customer events, and provide feedback from the market to refine sales and marketing strategies. Collaboration with internal teams for order follow-up, customer support, and periodic sales reporting is expected. Qualifications Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage clients, understand their needs, and build long-term relationships. Proven Sales experience with the ability to manage the full sales cycle and consistently achieve targets. Sales Management and Training capabilities to support team performance, share best practices, and help onboard new team members. Experience in marketing coordination, campaign support, or brand promotion, preferably in ceramics, building materials, or related industries. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. Comfort working in a hybrid environment in the Austin, Texas Metropolitan Area, with the ability to travel locally to client sites as needed.
