This position reports to the Distribution Supervisor and is part of the Distribution Center team located in Hebron, KY and will be an on-site role.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

• Receives and stores product, picks and packs product for shipment, and ships orders. Inspect materials for orders verifying accurate quantity, lot number, expiration dates and product part number.
• Inventory experience - cycle counting experience, inventory reconciliation, scrapping out damaged product. Computer skills Inventory associates use laptops daily. Basic computer skills are a must.
• Creates and/or ensures appropriate documentation is completed for orders. Reconciles inventory and may perform cycle counts and data entry functions as assigned.
• May involve operation of powered industrial equipment such as power jacks, forklifts, cherry picker, and/or reach trucks. Identifies and solves routine problems in work area with management team. Assist management team on organizational improvement projects such as lean and quality initiatives.

The essential requirements of the job include:

• High school degree (or equivalent degree) with 0-2 years of experience
• Strong attention to detail and safety in a fast-paced environment
• Inventory experience - cycle counting experience, inventory reconciliation, scrapping out damaged product. Computer skills Inventory associates use laptops daily. Basic computer skills are a must.

Physical/Environment Requirements:

• Lifting: Up to 50 lbs, multiple times during an 8-to-10-hour shift.
• Push/Pull/Bend/Twist: Multiple times, up to 2 to 4 hours continuously during an 8-to-10-hour shift.
• Standing/Walking: Approximately 2 to 4 hours continuously during an 8 to 10 hours shift.
• (If Applicable) Driving/Operating Equipment: Powered equipment (Forklift, reach truck/cherry picker) is required and must be able to cross train and work in multiple areas of the facility as needed.
• Environment: Exposure to cold (35 46 degrees F), for approx. 2.5 hours continuously during an 8-to-10-hour shift. Provided PPE includes; insulated/high visibility jacket, gloves, hand warming packs.
• Sitewide PPE: Steel Toe Shoes

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

• An environment where overtime and working in different departments is a regular occurrence
• Fast paced warehouse environment
