Quality Manager

Responsibilities Develop and implement the corporate quality strategy Manage Alfa Laval’s quality standards for goods and services Drive compliance with all customer, governmental, and industry requirements Investigate quality issues, customer complaints, and non-conformities; implement corrective and preventive actions Train and mentor teams on quality standards and best practices Collaborate with global Quality teams for benchmarking and support Lead and manage improvement projects from inception to completion Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, Operations Management, or equivalent professional experience Minimum of 5 years of experience in Quality as a Quality Manager, Quality Engineer, or similar role Demonstrated expertise with ISO-based quality systems Strong knowledge of Lean Six Sigma or other improvement methodologies (Green Belt or Black Belt a plus) Proficiency in project management software and tools (e.g., VISIO, MS Project) Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills Ability to travel up to 40% across the U.S. Core Competencies Demonstrates expertise in developing and implementing quality strategies, managing compliance with industry standards, and leading improvement projects.
