We're looking for a Quality Manager who sees opportunities where others see problems. This is a highly visible leadership role for someone who enjoys improving systems, solving complex challenges, and influencing change across an organization. You'll have the autonomy to enhance our ISO 9001 Quality Management System, lead a team of two Quality Technicians, and partner with leaders throughout the business to elevate quality at every stage of the manufacturing process. Success in this role requires more than technical expertise. We're looking for someone who can take a customer concern, uncover the true root cause, and tell the customer's story in a way that drives meaningful action. If you're quality-minded before production-minded and believe prevention is always better than correction, you'll thrive here.What You'll DoOwn and continually improve the ISO 9001 Quality Management System, ensuring ongoing compliance and successful certification auditsLead the internal audit program and oversee corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) to resolve issues permanentlyServe as the primary quality contact for customer concerns, leading root cause investigations and driving sustainable corrective actionsDevelop quality policies, control plans, inspection strategies, and key performance indicators that reduce defects, customer complaints, and the cost of poor qualityPartner with Engineering, Operations, and Production to improve processes, support new product introductions, and ensure quality is built into every stepChampion continuous improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, DMAIC, PDCA, and other quality toolsLead, coach, and develop one Quality Technicians while fostering a culture where quality is everyone's responsibilityWhat You'll BringBachelor's degree in engineering or a related field (or equivalent experience)Five or more years of quality leadership experience in a manufacturing environmentExperience with manufacturing assembly processes; metals experience is strongly preferredProven experience managing ISO 9001 systems, internal audits, and quality complianceStrong problem-solving, root cause analysis, and customer communication skillsAbility to influence cross-functional teams and translate quality issues into actionable business improvementsCQE/CQI certification and Lean or Six Sigma experience are a plusCompensation and Benefits: H.O.
