Job Description

• Create Tailored Treatment Plans: Assess clients' needs and design individualized therapy strategies aimed at reaching their personal goals.
• Implement Therapeutic Techniques: Apply research-supported interventions to improve patients' motor skills, cognitive functions, and daily living capabilities.
• Collaborate with a Diverse Team: Engage with fellow OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nurses to deliver inclusive, well-rounded patient care.
• Educate Patients and Families: Guide patients and their caregivers in therapy practices that encourage sustained progress outside of clinical settings.
• Document and Evaluate Progress: Keep close track of clinical achievements and modify treatment plans as required for optimal patient outcomes.

Education

• Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from a recognized institution
• Continuing education or additional certifications are supported and encouraged

Certifications

• Current Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license
• NBCOT certification is a must
