An established, patient-focused dental practice is seeking an experienced Dental Office Manager to lead daily operations and support a high-performing team. This confidential opportunity is ideal for a motivated professional who thrives in a fast-paced, organized, and team-oriented environment. The Office Manager will oversee administrative functions, streamline office procedures, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations while fostering a positive, family-like culture within the practice.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily administrative and operational functions of the practice.
- Streamline office systems and improve workflow efficiency.
- Lead, coach, and support team members to achieve performance goals.
- Ensure an exceptional patient experience from check-in to follow-up.
- Monitor office metrics, scheduling productivity, and financial performance.
- Maintain compliance with HIPAA, OSHA, and practice standards.
- Foster a welcoming, positive, and team-driven environment.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of dental office management experience preferred.
- Proven ability to lead and develop teams.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of dental software systems and insurance processes.
- CPR/BLS certification preferred.
