Task Lead Analyst (TLA)

Position Overview

Supports the Program Lead Analyst (PLA) and assumes responsibility for contract operations in the PLA's absence.

Primary Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily execution across all task areas.
• Track deliverables and staffing.
• Lead meetings and resolve operational issues.
• Assist quality assurance and reporting.

Ideal Candidate Profile

This position is intended for experienced Army headquarters professionals capable of operating with minimal supervision in a strategic staff environment. Candidates should demonstrate strong communication skills, executive-level briefing ability, and a thorough understanding of Army processes.

Minimum Qualifications

• Retired MAJ/LTC, CW4/CW5, GS-13/14 preferred.
• Bachelor's degree.
• 7+ years supervisory experience with at least 4 years supporting a DoD headquarters.
• Active Secret clearance.
• Strong knowledge of Army staff processes, PPBE, and strategic planning.

Preferred Military Background

Former Army staff officer, warrant officer, senior NCO, or senior Department of the Army Civilian with experience at USARC, HQDA, FORSCOM, IMCOM, Readiness Divisions, USACE, or other Army headquarters organizations.

General Requirements

• U.S. Citizen
• Active Secret Clearance (or ability to obtain if allowed)
• Ability to obtain CAC
• Occasional CONUS travel may be required
