What We Offer Competitive starting pay: $25.18–$32.45/hour based on certified experience Flexible PRN scheduling — pick up shifts based on your availability Career growth and advancement opportunities Unlimited referral bonuses No medical, dental, or vision insurance available for PRN employees What You’ll Do Assisting residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, grooming, dressing, and mobility Promoting resident safety, comfort, privacy, and dignity Following individualized care plans and accurately documenting vital signs, including temperature, pulse, respiration, and blood pressure Maintaining clean, safe, and organized resident rooms and care areas Communicating and collaborating with nurses and other members of the care team Performing additional duties as assigned What You’ll Need Active CNA certification in good standing with the state Ability to pick up 1–2 shifts per pay period and 2 weekend shifts per month as required for PRN status Recent CNA education or completed clinical hours Ability to read, write, and follow written and verbal instructions Reliable, compassionate, and team-oriented approach to resident care Commitment to treating every resident with respect, dignity, and kindness Join Our Team If you’re looking for an opportunity where your work truly matters, we’d love to have you on our team.
