Guest Services Agent

Kalahari Resorts & Conventions is seeking a Guest Services Agent. In this role, you will play a critical role in ensuring a seamless and welcoming experience for resort guests during the day and into the evening. This position is responsible for managing check-ins at the kiosk and the desk, addressing guest needs and creating memorable moments. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, guest-focused, and able to work on a team with professionalism, positivity and calm under pressure.

As part of our team, you'll embody our Promise to Lead with Love- guiding, supporting, and inspiring associates while delivering extraordinary guest experiences. Your professionalism and helpful attitude will set the tone for a positive overall impression of the Kalahari.

Starting Rate : $15.00

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure that all guests feel welcome and are given responsive, friendly, and courteous service at all times.
• Leading the guests through the check-in experience at our kiosks and the desk.
• Participate as a team and use core values and service expectations listed in the Kalahari Promise daily.
• Answer guest inquiries about resort services, facilities, restaurants, transportation, and hours of operation in a timely manner.
• Ensure logging and delivery of packages, mail and messages to guests and meeting rooms.

• Positive and outgoing personalities that enjoy people.
• Must be computer-savvy and eager to provide excellent service to guests when looking into reservations and booking details.
• Knowledge of basic hotel functions and check-in programs.
• Good under pressure and in a fast paced environment
• We will train the right person with the right attitude, personality, and drive.
