Bilingual HR Generalist Details:

• Direct hire position
• $70,000.00 / annually
• Full Time work available
• First Shift (Monday through Friday from 08:00am to 05:00pm)

• Partner with leaders and employees to support recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, and performance management.
• Administer HR programs, including benefits, leave management, and policy compliance.
• Conduct investigations, coach supervisors, and help resolve employee concerns.
• Maintain accurate HR records and HRIS data while ensuring compliance with employment laws.
• Serve as a bilingual resource by translating communications and supporting English- and Spanish-speaking employees.

Bilingual HR Generalist Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field required.
• 5+ years of direct Human Resources experience within a manufacturing or industrial environment required.
• Fluent in both English and Spanish (written and verbal) with the ability to support a diverse workforce.
• Strong knowledge of employee relations, recruiting, onboarding, performance management, employment law compliance, and HR best practices.
