Contract ManagerThe Contract Management team is responsible for managing all aspects of the contract lifecycle, from licensee on-boarding, contract negotiations, through contract amendments and renewals. This role has high interaction with a broad array of Disney groups (Licensing, Finance, Legal, Credit and Collections, ILS, etc.), as well as Disney's licensees. The team also focuses on implementing efficient and effective systems and processes.The Contract Manager provides governance and oversight of contract administration activities, supports new agreements, contract renewals and amendments, ensures data integrity within Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) system, drives process improvements, monitors operational performance, and partners with stakeholders to resolve complex contract and compliance issues.Primarily responsible for the following key functions under the direction of North America Contract Management Hub leader:Provide day-to-day directional leadership, guidance, and training to internationally based contractor staffMaintain deep understanding of contract execution process; act as subject matter expert (SME) on licensing and contract execution for North America Contract Management team and stakeholdersAudit contracts and amendments to ensure compliance with company policies and quality assurance standardIdentify opportunities for process improvements and drive correction actions where necessaryAddress complex and escalated contract execution issues and determine course of action, including referring to Licensing, Finance, or LegalPartner with the North America Contract Management Hub leader to develop robust KPI reportingLead regional ad-hoc projects, provide expertise and input on global projectsLead and participate in meetings with Licensing, Finance, Legal, and stakeholdersBuild strong relationships with stakeholder teamsReview complex contract issues to ensure standard of excellence is maintainedParticipate in system and process improvement projectsDevelop and maintain process documentation, job aids, and standard operating proceduresPartner with the North America Hub leader to develop meaningful data analyticsInterpret large amounts of complex data and present to leadership verbally and in writing in a professional, concise mannerRequired Qualifications & Skills:3+ years of experience in contract management, contract administration, licensing operations, legal operations, or a related fieldStrong quantitative and analytical skills combined with solid business and financial acumenIntermediate or better expertise in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Outlook, Teams, and SharePoint.Strong relationship building skills and a highly professional "client service orientation"Ability to interact with all levels of managementExcellent team player who possesses solid interpersonal and organizational skillsExcellent communicator in both oral and written settingsHigh energy level; strong work ethicSelf-driven, independent thinkerResults-oriented, decisiveExhibit a willingness to be adaptable and flexible and demonstrate a desire to operate in a dynamic environmentPreferred Qualifications:Prior leadership and/or project management experienceExperience with Docusign, CLM systems, workflow automation tools, Power BI, or related reporting systemsExperience creating dashboardsEducation:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Legal Studies, Paralegal Studies, Communications, related field or equivalent work experienceThe hiring range for this position in Florida is $99,900.00-$121,900.00 per year. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.
