New Consultant Development Program- US 2026

Aimpoint Digital is looking for talented individuals to join our growing team for a full-time position starting in July 2026. New graduates will participate in our hands‑on, in‑person onboarding program with other Data Engineers, Analytics Consultants, and Decision Scientists to prepare for consulting engagements focused on delivering data and analytic advisory and solutions here at Aimpoint Digital. Applicants must either live in or be willing to relocate to Atlanta, GA for the first six months to participate in this program. By participating in this program, we anticipate this will better prepare you, our newest consultants, for project‑based work at Aimpoint Digital. After completing your onboarding, you will jump into case work with our consulting teams as a full‑time team member. This program is designed to focus on the similarities and differences between classwork and casework – to give you the leg up when it comes to data literacy, interacting with clients, and delivering quality solutions. Who we are looking for Seeking decision scientists, analytics consultants, data engineers, and data‑minded people interested in developing business focused solutions for organizations that range from Fortune 100 companies to newly founded start‑ups.
