Position Overview Position: Registered Nurse (RN) – Home Health Nurse Assessor Specialty: UAS Assessment / Home Health Assignment Length: Long‑Term Assignment Minimum Requirements Candidates must have at least 2 years of home‑based healthcare experience within the last 10 years, including one or more of the following: Field work with a Certified Home Health Agency (CHHA) Work with a Licensed Home Care Services Agency (LHCSA) Experience with Managed Long-Term Care (MLTC) programs Conducting home‑based patient assessments (e.g., OASIS) Providing primary care to homebound patients Care management for individuals receiving home and community‑based services, hospice, or assisted living Home care experience as an LPN or Home Health Aide caring for at least 2 patients per week Simple, Stress‑Free Onboarding.
